At Midnight Blu, we want every purchase to feel confident and hassle-free. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacements, and refunds.

Making A Return Request

All return or credit requests must be submitted within 12 months of purchase and include proof of purchase.

Where a product can be safely returned by post or standard delivery methods, the customer may be responsible for returning the item.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A replacement product (where available)

A refund where a replacement cannot be provided or a major issue is identified

Account credit where applicable


Eligible Returns & Credits

A return or credit may apply where a product:

Arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality

Has been supplied incorrectly

Has a major fault and is not suitable for its intended purpose

Meets applicable expiry-related requirements

For faster processing, please provide your original order details and any required return documentation.


Refunds & Account Credits

Where applicable, refunds or credits will be processed according to your original payment method or account arrangement.

For credit card payments, refunds will be returned to the original card used for the transaction. Cardholder details may be required if they are not already available.


Returns Not Eligible For Credit

Credits or refunds cannot be provided where:

The product was not purchased from Midnight Blu

The purchase is older than 12 months

The customer account is outside agreed payment terms

The return does not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements
